Delivery is a flat Rs. 250 anywhere in Pakistan on a single pair. Order two pairs or more and we cover it. Free delivery applies automatically to orders of Rs. 5,000 and above, which at our current price is any two pairs.

The clock starts once your order is confirmed. These are the timelines we actually meet rather than optimistic ones, and we would rather tell you ten days and arrive in eight than the other way round.
We Confirm Before We Dispatch
Every order gets a WhatsApp message from us, usually within a couple of hours, to confirm two things: the size you have chosen and the address we are sending to. Your pair goes out once you reply.
We do this for one reason. Footwear is the easiest thing in the world to order in the wrong size, and a parcel that travels across the country only to be refused at the door costs everyone something. Two minutes on WhatsApp prevents most of it.
If we cannot reach you on WhatsApp or by phone within two working days, we hold the order rather than dispatch it blind, and try again.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives. No advance payment, no card details.
Please keep the exact amount ready. Couriers often cannot provide change.
Before You Order
- Give a complete address — house or shop number, street, area, nearest landmark, and city. Incomplete addresses are the single biggest cause of failed deliveries.
- Give a working mobile number, ideally the one you use on WhatsApp. The courier will call before arriving. If they cannot reach you, the parcel returns to us.
- Answer the courier's call. Most failed deliveries are simply unanswered phones.
Ordering for a Wedding or Eid
Count backwards from the date and order early. For a function in Karachi, allow at least a week; anywhere else in Pakistan, allow a fortnight. Courier networks slow down further in the last ten days of Ramadan and through peak shaadi season.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send the tracking number on WhatsApp the same day. Reply to our WhatsApp message any time for an update.
Refused Deliveries
If a parcel is refused at the door or cannot be delivered after three attempts, it returns to us and the return shipping cost is borne by us. We understand plans change — but if you decide against an order, a quick WhatsApp message before dispatch helps us both.
