The Craft Behind Every Pair

A Nagra is not a shoe you assemble. It is a shoe you build — leather cut by hand, stitched by hand, shaped over a wooden last, and finished only when the maker is satisfied.

That is how ZicoFit works.

Why We Started

Good Nagras were getting harder to find. The market filled up with synthetic uppers passed off as leather, glued soles that split by the second wedding season, and prices that made no sense in either direction — either too cheap to be real, or inflated because of a label.

We wanted a straight answer to a simple question: what does an honestly made Nagra cost?

ZicoFit is that answer. Pure leather, traditional construction, and a price that reflects the work and nothing more.

What Goes Into a ZicoFit Nagra

  • Pure leather upper — soft enough to wear all day, strong enough to hold its shape
  • Leather sole — stitched, not glued, so it can be repaired instead of replaced
  • Hand-finished detailing — the gold-tone eyelet on the toe cap is applied by hand, one pair at a time
  • Slip-on comfort — a wide, easy opening that stays elegant

Made For

Eid ul Fitr and Eid ul Adha. Weddings, valima, mehndi and barat. Jumma. And the ordinary days when you simply want to be well-dressed.

Our Promise

We will not tell you a shoe is leather when it is not. We will not invent a discount to make a price look better. And if a pair reaches you and something is wrong, we will make it right.
