Measure your bare foot from heel to longest toe in centimetres and match it to the chart on our size guide page. Khussa fits closer than a sports shoe, so measure rather than guessing your usual size. If the fit is wrong, the size exchange is free.

Do you offer cash on delivery in Pakistan?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Delivery is Rs. 250 nationwide and free on orders of two pairs or more.

Yes. The upper, the lining and the sole are all pure leather, hand-stitched rather than glued, which is why a pair can be resoled instead of replaced.

Product

Is the leather real?
Yes. Both upper and sole are pure leather. Real leather has visible grain variation, softens with wear, and develops a patina over time — synthetic material stays uniform and eventually cracks.

Will the colour be exactly as shown?
Very close, though slight variation is natural. Leather takes dye differently across hides, and screen calibration varies. This variation is a sign of a natural material, not a fault.

How long will a pair last?
With reasonable care, several years. Because the sole is stitched rather than glued, it can be resoled by any good cobbler instead of the whole shoe being discarded.

Are they comfortable straight away?
They are snug at first. Leather moulds to your foot over the first week of wear, after which the fit becomes personal to you. This break-in period is normal for handmade leather footwear.

A style I want says Sold out. What now?
It means that style is between batches, not discontinued. Every pair is made by hand, so a colour runs out from time to time. WhatsApp us the style name and we will tell you when the next batch is ready, or suggest the closest pair we have in stock.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, across Pakistan. You pay the courier at your door. No advance payment and no card details.

What are the delivery charges?
Rs. 250 anywhere in Pakistan on a single pair. Free on orders of Rs. 5,000 and above, which is any two pairs at our current price.

How long does delivery take?
Karachi 4–6 working days, rest of Pakistan 8–10 working days, counted from the moment your order is confirmed. Ordering for a wedding or for Eid? Allow a week for Karachi and a fortnight for anywhere else.

Will you contact me before sending the parcel?
Yes. We send a WhatsApp message within a couple of hours to confirm your size and address, and dispatch once you reply. It is the simplest way to make sure the right pair reaches the right door. Full detail on the Shipping & Delivery page.
